First of all, hello everyone. First post on the board so nice to meet you! Now down to buisness...

I just started playing this game again, after about a year long break, an i decided to go for something different then my usual (blaster city!) an i decided on the scrapper. Not only the scrapper, but Claws/Regen. Claws seems decent damage, quick attacks, low end cost, an regen keeps me up and running. PERFECT for me, because i like to solo. An i love it so far (lvl 14).

Only problem is im looking for a solid build and there are NO claw/regen guides more recent then like i5. So i was just wondering if mayb an expert on the claws/regen toon could just give me a quick overview of a solid soloing build for the good ole claws and regen...

p.s. sorry about the long post, and thanks in advance...

Claws

Strike or swipe + slash (1 acc 3 dam then extra slots as desired)
Followup (1-2 acc 1-2 recharge 0-1 endrec some damage)
Focus 1 acc 3 dam 1-2 recharge 0-1 endrec

Thats your primary single targets covered

Eviscerate, spin and shockwave - take em all and 5-6 slot, this covers your AOE

(yes thats 7 claws attacks)

Regen
Resiliance is skippable, as is revive
Take everything else

Recon/Dull Pain 3heal/3recharge
FH 1-3 heals
QR 3 Endmod
Integration 0-1 endrec 3 heal
IH 1-3 recharge
Mog 1-3 recharge

14 poers from rimary/secondary, giving lots of room for pool Powers. I like leadership (assault and tactics) and have fitness which more than covers the end cost.

Going from Memory on my last respec:

1 Strike
1 Fash Healing
2 Slash
4 Reconstruction
6 Air Superiority (Travel #1)
8 Follow-up
10 Dull Pain
12 Quick Recovery
14 Fly
16 Integration
18 Focus
20 Swift
22 Health
24 Stamina
26 Eviscerate
28 IH
30 Spin
32 Shockwave
35 assault
38 Mog
41 Tactics

Then into the Epics or fighting pool as preference dictates.

That order can be tweaked around, but it close to how I would build one from scratch.

actually, regen benefits the most from recharge out of any of the protection sets, so i would consider Hasten from the speed power pool a must have for any regen

This is really close to what I'm currently using and it's a pretty basic build, ie no IO sets. Spin's placement is different because it ended up being something I tried out way late due to more recent changes. I'm still not 100% sure where I would put it. Levels of where I slotted stuff can be ignored. The click based powers for /regen get more slots early on as where stuff like FH and Health can be vastly ignored until your 30s.
