It is a bundle of props for the software.
Did a little playing with 3D software some time ago myself, and bought a bunch of stuff from them. This bundle is for people who already have the software. It includes the Victoria 4.2 Base (the woman figure with acompanying textures, and all the scalable/configureable morphs to make her look how you want) all the weapons and stuff you see on the table, the 'graveyard' setting, and outfits made for the Victoria figure.
you can brouse through the site to see a lot of the other props they make.
