Character Models not showing up

Hi, I am having an issue with character models not showing up in the game on my laptop. I see sunglasses/visors and capes, that seems to be it. Not sure why this is happening, its a fresh install. Here is what COH Helper told me to paste in the thread:

Upgrade to Service Pack 2 for Vista.

I'd also recommend upgrading your graphic drivers. If Dell does not have a newer driver available for your system, I'd recommend using the Mobility Modder and follow the instructions there to get the newest Catalyst Drivers to work with your laptop.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Do you actually have to go to Microsoft's website for the Service Pack 2 update for Vista? I've run Windows Update and never seen any mention of a Service Pack 2.

It should show up through Windows Update without having to go to Microsoft's website. It showed up on 5/30/2009 for me and was listed as an Important Update.

If you aren't seeing Service Pack 2, is it possible that you accidentally set it to be hidden?

If it isn't showing up for you through Windows Updates for some reason, you should be able to download it from this link.
