Nope, it was briefly available for Broadsword back in I11 beta, IIRC.
And speaking of, we better be getting the KoA sword in I16 for all our Stalkerly needs.

This is more then likely already been suggested but with stalkers getting access to Broad Sword in issue 16 I think that much like completing Naylor's arc you unlock the Rularuu weapons you should unlock her sword by finishing off her arc, now i know the blue-siders will call foul play if they dont get access to it (even though we technically have the same thing with the redcap daggers even if we have a chance of unlocking it once a year) so i think it should be unlocked in the STF be it for completing that mission in which you fight her or at the end of the TF that would be up to the devs. anywho thats my idea.
