Tried using the search and did not find any info on this. My question is the interactin between Detonator and Soul Extraction. Am I able to kill a pet with Det and Soul Extract it or does the pet have to die from combat?

Yes. Soul Extraction works with Detonator.

Thanks for the reply, was the difference between me doing a Necro/Traps or making a /traps corruptor.
