Patch notes for July 19th, 2009:

* Power customization introduced! Power customization is now available to the following powerset: Electrical Manipulation. Players can customize the following power: Lightning Clap. Available color: Olive Green.

* Known issues: Power customization does not yet work with Blaster -> Electrical Manipulation -> Lightning Clap. This will be resolved in a future patch.
