And maybe by tinting my ally shields differently from Dispersion Bubble (which makes little bubbles around anyone inside it) Ill be able to see who has shields elapsed on them.

I do, but mostly for my static Mind/Kin. Blasted SB and it's low timed buffed. It's helpful to know if it's 30 second away from going down, then just rebuff them then.
