When Entering Some AE Mishes "Says Cannot Enter"

I am sure this has been brought up since the last i15 update but after i15 I have noticed that when I am about to do an AE mish that I get this pop up saying that I cannot enter but it will let me enter anyways. Its the same pop up that shows when you try to open a door to a mish that you are not assigned to. This error message only happens on the AE mish'es and if you do a "very long" AE mish, it will usually happen every time you enter the AE transporter. Anyone else experience this?

IIRC, the patch on Test is supposed to fix this.
