Yep, it's been like that for about 2 years now. It's kinda funny actually. lol
He used to be in the Crash site before the Rikti invasion opened up the War Zone and he was moved to PI, but his info was never changed.
Also, while doing the Trial, I don't think there is anything in the story directly telling you to go to RWZ for the patrols. You either have to remember where he used to be (where it would have been obvious where the objectives are), ask somebody who remembers, or follow a walkthrough guide. lol
He's actually still in the RCS so PI version of him must be a clone.

Question to that. . .are you talking about the zone that is no longer able to be gotten to, or RWZ?
Talking about the zone that is no longer able to be gotten to. If you were in that zone however when the changeover happened then it's possible to still be in it.

When you are doing Major Richard Flagg, respec mission he is not on the map. When you clock on his name it says he is in "Rikit Crash Site" and we all know it is know call Rikit War ZOne heheh.
