Didn't get 42 Month Vet reward

Same thing happened to me last month. I ended up contacting ncsoft. Others have contacted the developers. Its a known issue, that they hope to fix. Unfortunately they reset my overall time to give me my reward. Not all my time just for the missed reward. So instead of officially getting it on the 4th, I got it on the 15th. I lost like 2 or 3 weeks.
I got my 39 month vet reward in February of this year. (Feb 13th or so if it makes a difference.)
My account has been active the entire time and I should have had my 42 month vet reward in late May, May 13th.
I haven't really been paying attention so I didn't notice it until now, but it seems this Vet reward is almost 2 months late. I checked my account today, it says my Vet Rewards time is 3 years 9 months.
My account also states my next Vet reward is the 45 month reward Due on august 13, right on schedule.
It appears the game skipped my 42 month reward entirely. Anyone know what I do to get that going?
