It has no effect at all (now)
Once upon a time (back when Hammie raids first started) it DID effect the cone range on Shadow Maul.
My Dark "Melee" scrapper had several weeks of fun with a cone attack that extended about 20'. (this was back prior to ED when you could massively stack enhancement bonuses.)

IIRC, there was someone posting recently about being able to artificially extend the range of things like Shadow Maul through good timing and strategic repositioning. Can't remember where the link is though.

Yeah that sounds awfully familiar to me too.
Unfortunately no one had brought up Hamios in that discussion.

It got apparently fixed shortly after the post showed up. Few days after the post the fix showed up in the test server. Came live with I15 so it is no longer possible.

Hmmm... depending on how difficult it was to duplicate I don't know that "fixing it" was really something that was needed. Creative use of powers should be something that is not only allowed but encouraged, within reason of course.

Out of curiousity (and this is begging for a Hamio nerf) has anyone done any testing with using Centriole Exposures (dmg/rng) on Shadow Maul to see how much it improves the cone (if at all)?
