What is the best claws attack chain single target

Follow Up -> Focus -> Slash -> Pause. Achilles' Heel in Slash. You'll need at least +281% to get the desired stacking of Follow Up and Achilles' Heel. I recommend something approaching 300% to be certain, since our knowledge of required recharge isn't complete, and there have been a few cases of stacking requiring more recharge than theory would indicate. The pause goes away at +314% recharge, which you likely won't hit without a speed boost.

That is sick amount of recharge required lol
Think I will pass on that chain hehe I debating between claws/inv i have at 12
katana/wp at 25 or working on my fire/reg at 35 as my next project just looking at the builds see what I want to do and what direction thanks for the info but it gives me a look at what I need in my build still

I'll post mine. It has a tenth of a second pause and is at +300% recharge for that little margin of safety. I'm calculating 227 DPS. Endurance is NOT sustainable, and there's no Aid Self. This isn't an AV soloing build.

Not something I'd play nor recommend but I was gonna test it out, just didn't get around to it...
I like Follow Up - Slash - Swipe - Focus - Swipe - Slash - Repeat.
There's a split second gap between the second Slash and the chain restarting.
I also run the chain of: Slash - Swipe - Focus - Swipe. Completely gapless at 42% global recharge, and I'm a regen so I can literally run that chain all day and not run out of endurance.
Neither are the greatest DPS, but I'm not willing to sacrifice the rest of my build to get the insane recharge necessary for a 200+ DPS chain. (I can't afford it either)

Im a Fan of
FU -Focus - Slash - Strike
Which can be achieved in a gapless manner realtively easily
Using the arcanatime values
Strike needs zero additonal recharge
Slash need 48.5%
Follow-up is the hardest with 84.7%
Focus needs 71.7%
Then
FU Melee damage proc (I use the Neg En from Touch of Death)
Focus has Apocalypse Proc and Explosive Strike
Slash has Heactomb and Lady Grey
Strike has another ToD Proc
2*15% chance for 71.75 (21.525 on average)
2*20% chance for 71.75 (28.7 on average)
2*33% chance for 107 (71.26 on average)
121.49 bonus damage 
5.28 Total Arcanatime in the chain, which means FU is typically double stacked.
Just using a single stacked buff its 161 and change for average DPS before allowing for Crits
Add in the double stacked FU and crits, and you break 200 DPS

Shouldn't that be 184% in Follow Up?
The arcanatime of the other 3 in the chain is 4.224, and base recharge of FU is 7.8 seconds
Strike and focus 1.17 -> arcanatime 1.320.
Slash 1.33 -> 1.584
7.8/(1+0.847)= 4.223
84.7% recharge is the right figure for that 4 attack chain

Unless arcanatime is needed in the accounting at the recharge side as well
To get FU (59.09 ticks) down 31 ticks would be 90% recharge (I think)

so 1.32+1.32+1.584=4.224
((base recharge)/(required recharge)) - 1
(12/4.224)-1=1.84 which is 184%

Yeah ignore me. I dropped in 7.8 instead of 12 (the end cost instead of the recharge).
Teach me to be reading this stuff whilst on the phone.
