Aegis Mez Resist IO and Exemplaring?

The Aegis Mez Res and Force Feedback +Rech are both oddly implemented; sort of a proc that grants a Set Bonus. The last time I checked (I13) neither worked when Ex/Mal, regardless of the levels involved.

Aegis' Mez Resist still does not work when Ex/Mal (though the +Psi part does, but I think it always has). I have not played either of my characters that use FF +Recharge.
