Just a helpful idea since there is little to no useful troubleshooting information in your post, befrore zoning type /unloadgfx and let it clear the buffers of data.
It could be any number of things, but I won't speculate without adequate information.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Then post the results of these two programs:
<ul type="square">[*]CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.
[*]HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.

I thinks I figured it out. Thanks for help anyways 
I have this issue where I can get into game just fine and can move about freely without issue, but I run into problems like 30 minutes into game where when I attempt go from one zone to another... the loading just stops like its not recieving any data anymore, it gives me a Mapserver Disconnected message and when I attempt to log back in at the menu it tells me there is no internet connection, or a firewall issue. Its like that instance of City of Heroes I had running went offline or no longer had anymore internet connectivity. I know it can't be any of those things it said maybe the problem. The software firewalls are properly configured as well as the router's firewall. All the drivers for my network cards are up to date and I even did a winsock catalog reset. When restart CoH the game runs fine, but it runs into the same problem again after the same amount of time.
