Is this a good build for a stalker?

I'm trying out a solo/pve Stalker (Energy Melee/Energy Aura), and I was hoping for some feedback/comments/secret codes for instant world domination. Is this build any good? I based it loosely off of a few of the FAQs I found in the official threads, but most of them seem to be rather old.

1) TP Foe is meh in PvE, and if you are gonna slot it use 2 accuracies, not endredux.

2) Don't slot Stun for damage. Slot it for Stun.

3) Repulse is useless

4) Conserve Power is useless too when you have Energy Drain - 6 slot energy drain btw - 2 rech, 2 endmods, 2 heal

5) 1 endredux in your attacks is plenty, trade it for a damage.

6) The Spiderlings are useless on a non-IO'ed build. Anyway, you should slot then for acc, damage and recharge, not endred.

7) Put another rech in Build UP, you want it as often as possible.

8) DO NOT SKIP OVERLOAD on a non-softcapped build. It's one of the the best tiers 9 of the game.

9) You could trade 2 of your epic powers for maneuvers and tactics. With tactics you'd only need 1 acc in each attack.

10) Kinetic Shield is underslotted (you want 3 defs and 1 endredux) and you have no Power Shield? WTF? It's half your defenses.

Here's what I'd do on a generic IO build (on a IO build I"d get rid of Stun and get Energy Protection for the steadgast +3 def unique):

No problem.

The good thing about energy aura is that you have decent defenses even using SO's (s/l/e in 35-38% range with maneuvers) and you never have to worry about endurance with energy drain (my dm/ea has no stamina).

I changed the patron because shadow meld will softcap you for 15 seconds and will be up every 45s. lus, dark blast doesn't require redraw like mace mastery and makes an excellent filler to your attack chain. And Soul Storm is the coolest hold in the game
