Quick question about lotg +7.5 recharge in /cold

It does work in them, and you don't have to activate the power to get the bonus. It's always on.
It works and you don't have to use the power to activate it, it's automatically always on as soon as you slot them.
Thank you very much guys, that allowed me to move around 4 slots in my build!

If I put the lotg +7.5 recharge enhance in ice shield/glacial shield from cold will the bonus work? I know sometimes some of the bonuses don't quite work right in certain powers so want to check before I finalize my build.
I realize I'd have to spam the shields every minute or so to keep the bonus active, but on a team that wouldn't be a problem.
