Getting debuff in recharges or endurance can get me in a really ugly situation (jumping into a group of mobs only to get hit by a sapper so i loose all endurance can mean a fast trip to the hospital)
So my question is, am i blind or are there some IO sets that can help me get debuffresist (end/recharges mostly)
Or maybe some power pools i could take ??

The Winter's Gift Universal Travel set has Slow Res, but that's about it. Your best bet is to go for +Def and use MoG when you can.

Some of the PVP sets also offer some Slow resist (10%), but they're very hard to get and are very expensive at the market.
The plastic tips at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister.

I found that Javelin Volley does offer it as a PVE set bonus, but not sure about the other sets :\

Shield Wall, Gladiator's Armor, Fury of the Gladiator and Gladiator's Javelin are all PvP only. I didn't realize Javelin Volley broke the mold. Paragon Wiki lists Gladiator's Net as being PvP only too.

I would just pause at each mob and use the macro the every toon should have >.> =) /target_custom_next sapper
If it targets one, Focus it, then kill it. If there are 2, or focus misses, have a blue ready =)
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
