Slotting Energy Drain
Well ask yourself if having double the heal you get now is worth it. I don't think it's worth slotting for heal, so I use only 4 slots (on IOs) to almost maximize endmod and cap recharge - this is for level 50, you can add an extra recharge io if you're hurting for rech at your level:

I've recently taken Energy Drain on my lvl 29 Electric/Energy Stalker and plan on 6-slotting it. Since it gives 25% END and only 3% Health for each enemy in range, does it make sense to slot for more health, or is that kind of a waste of slots? How much of a boost over 3% can I expect for health with extra slots?
My original plan was 3 rechg, 3 endmod, but I'm open to any suggestions.
