DaZed & Confused Badge (Held)

I've been wanting this Badge from day 1 for the title. At this point im not to far off. Anyone have any advice or tricks to help obtain this badge?

for example Which NPCs use the most "hold" attacks? i can think of a few, but their "hold" attacks are still to few & far between to be considered reliable.

Help a Sister out any info is much appreciated

Most people go AFK (without resting) with a Malta sapper in melee range for this, but if you're not high enough level for that (and can't find someone to SK you), you can try to get a friend with a toon that has a fast-recharge, no-damage hold, stun, or sleep to help you in the arena.

I used a Carnie illusionist (Lt level). I just cleared out everything around her, drop my mez protection, and was virtually perma-held, with no incoming damage to worry about. Got all of the held badges that way.

I find that Sappers and Illusionists are the best way.
