Does anyone know what powers the Slinger has?

What powers does the Malta Archvillain in the Recluse Strike Force have? I vaguely recall him being a Bots/FF Mastermind, is that correct? ParagonWiki doesn't have an entry for him.

I'm fairly certain he's just a Gunslinger elevated to AV status. The robots pets that appear during the fight are spawned by the mission (a la ambushes), not by the AV himself.
