Bump
Bumping your thread without providing any further information is against the forum rules.
Also, it's the middle of the night.. I suggest you wait more than just a few hours (usually 24) to give more people time to see your thread. The people who routinely help people in this forum will see it anyway. The forum indicates new unread threads since people were last logged in, so there is no need to bump it for us.
As for your problem.. have you tried doing a "verify files" to see if it's the animation/texture file itself that might be the problem?
Check out this thread, Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines
Then post the results of these two programs:

[*]CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.
[*]HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.

Well my apologies. As you can see I have not posted on these forums before despite playing for many years. Im using a computer that I bought from a friend and Ive slowly noticed some errors that are making me regret it. One of which being I cant seem to run CoH helper. It says the problem is I don't have Microsoft Framework and when I tried installing that I keep getting error reports during the process. I did get the Hijackthis report. Hopefully until i figure out the other problem, this information might give some insight.

Update Windows. Use Internet Explorer and go to the Microsoft update site. While you're getting the latest service pack, click on update .NET that will allow you to run CoH Helper.

That can't be good. I thought the Microsoft Framework was part of Windows XP SP2?
Well, at any rate, spend some serious time with the Windows Update system, get XP SP3, and we'll see what goes on after that.
Ok I will make sure that everything is up to date with windows, but is the fact that I am using firefox for the browser make any difference on the matter? I am not familiar with firefox, so I don't know if it could be making the process more difficult.
Microsoft makes it difficult to update Windows by visiting their site with anything but Internet Explorer.

Ok, I finally got all of the updating done. I can now run Helper and Mids and all that stuff that wasn't working. Also, last night the problem seemed to be gone for the first time in weeks. Had my target indicator showing for all of the mentioned powers, but then boom just like that, it's gone again this morning. Anyways, here's the CoH helper info to round it out.

Updated graphics and so far it seems to be working again. Hopefully it stays that way. Thanks for everyone who chimed in, it's much appreciated.
As of the last few weeks I have been having a problem with all of my Location based AoEs, for example Shield Charge, Rain of Fire, Tarpatch and even my Ouroboros Portal. The powers themselves seem to be working properly, but the white target circle used to indicate where they will be placed is simply not there. Since the first time it happened it has seemingly fixed itself from time to time, but over the past week it has not shown at all. Its not impeding my game play that much, but it is kind of annoying. Can anyone help me fix this problem or at the very least, help me understand why this is happening? Thank you in advance.
