Need advice on Kin/Elec build
kin/elec/elec is a beast...
Your build looks pretty solid. And I do favour elec APP over power for kin, you will drain your oponents silly anywho without PBU, and a second AoE drain is very usefull. Some peeps say you don't need the fitness pool as a kin (I agree, but I like it and have stamina slotted with some funky IO set that I forgot the name of)
I do however opt out of travel powers since you get siphon speed at 6 and IR at 20(?) with that you can squeeze in weave for some defence sets. And ID as a mule for some more sets...

Thanks I need to figure out where to get a KB protection IO In the build. I guess I could put one in Tough..

Build looks fine to me. Though I'd pull one slot out of Tough and change it to 2 end/res IOs and 1 res IO, and move the slot to Transfusion. Its only a 1% loss of s/l resists that way.
You can get Steadfast Protection kb IO in Tough, Charged Armor, or even in Increase Density.
Blessing of the Zephyr kb IO works in any travel power, even Inertial Reduction.
Karma kb IO could go in Hover.
In short, plenty of options to get the KB protection you desire.

I'll post my build when I get off work so you can have a reference. My build is geared toward recharge and mez-protection.
This is an idea for a Kin/Elec build I would like to use mostly in melee range to take advantage of Fulcrum Shift. I have a Elec/Elec/Elec Blaster that I love so doing a similar theme on defender.. Also have an Electric Brute and would love to see an electric controller but I digress.
I am mostly thinking about the APP. I am thinking of going Electric or Energy.. Energy mostly for Power Build up to use with Short Circuit to drain foes but it doesnt come up very fast. Powersink however comes very late in the Electric Pool
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
