I have a 50 zombie/dark MM that, for some reason, has never done this TF. If it's ok with everyone, I'd like to join.

Character name: Rise and Command
Global CH: @Theory of Mind

lvl 50 wp/ss tank Gen. Gintoki.
lvl 50 fire/kin troller Kuchiki Rukia. (still squishy)

what ever one we need more i will bring.

[/ QUOTE ]

Since we have a tank (who is fantastic at this TF) and a brute already, how about you bring the Fire/Kin? I'll try my best to keep you alive, but I'll be a lowbie, so it might be a bit rough.

Luna

[/ QUOTE ] Actually, I'd be totally willing to step aside to let Gintoki Tank. He used to be with me every night on my multiple ITF runs, and apparently Tabby inspired him to make a tank in the first place. I've seen him do well so far, and I'd like to see how he handles the ITF.

Either way.. doesn't make a difference to me. We're kinda hijacking Whitefox's TF at this point anyway. I'll go with whatever everybody wants. haha

[i]And ty for the compliment. I'll add my standard disclaimer that Tabby turns into a crazy-kitty on the ITF and it does not necessarily reflect my normal tanking style. lol[i]

Edit: Sorry, didn't mean to sound cranky. I need a nap

I didn't mean to step on anyone's toes by trying to organize this thing. I just didn't see anyone else trying to do it, and from my experience, if it's not organized, people tend to forget about it.

Everyone should just bring what they want to bring tonight. Most of the people signed up are vet's of this TF and they should be able to figure out a solution to any problems that arise.

I may or may not be there tonight, depending on how sleepy and cranky I am after the first TF.

If I'm not there, good luck to everyone that participates.

Luna

[/ QUOTE ] Our pleasure! It wasn't exactly streamlined, but it was still a lot of fun.

After this ITF was over, I joined MK on an Invincible "non-speed" run, and we finished in just about the same time. lol

Not bad at all. Congrats you all I never would have made it. I passed out almost as soon as I laid down in bed

[/ QUOTE ] The Heroic ITF was 50 minutes and some change. Then a few of us stayed around to clear most of the map.

It didn't quite go as fast because we did have a couple lowBs, and a few people stayed at the entrance taking out ambushes instead of sticking with the team. I don't blame them, the team was mostly squishies. It was also a couple people's first time trying to run it that way, so that made it a little harder to manage as well. Technically, we didn't have enough strong melee toons to do it the way we attempted to... but we still pulled it off...

Whenever we were all together, we were really kicking butt though! 50 minutes is still a great time (considering some PuGs still end up with 90 minutes these days). Nice job everybody! If you want to do a "regular" run sometime (with a non-crazy kitty), I'm certainly willing any time. You know where to find me.

MK's Invincible ITF was 52 minutes and some change. Again, a few of us stayed to kill some more.
I think the difference here is that the team was made up of several melee toons who can take a beating, and everybody was taking part in pulling foes and plowing through the higher level with ease. We decided to just bulldoze straight through the whole way. Fun times as always.

And WTH! I didn't get one good recipe drop the entire night! Somehow I ended up with ONE lonely [Brilliant Leadership: Accuracy.20] but that was it! I'm wondering if somebody dropped it on me as a joke? lol

MB ... thanks for running the ITF last night (and the MileyRay one too)! I was a door sitter becuase I was sidekicking CQB and was waiting for him to move up. I think he was waiting for me to move up. I'm not sure but I think it was a big miss-communication. Sorry about that! I kept thinking ... man what good are my heals (or woots) if I'm door sitting? I should have superspeeded my way there and then TP'd him to us. D'Oh!

I'll drag my sidekick along with me next time ....

Flu

PS. I learned that Flu is not as tricked out as I thought he was ... darn doctored wounds sub-par IOs!

Part of that was my bad. I shoulda just SS'd on but that was my 1st run on that TF & I didn't wanna screw anything up. (unsure of how lead tank wanted things done). Anyways, it was loads of fun & next time i'll bring Unstopablefox Or another 50 and we can set a record run. :-)

I assume that MB was lead tank with Teal Tabby... my words of advice to anyone joining Teal Tabby on an ITF....

KEEP UP! When you get to a bigger room, hang back a sec to let him pull the crowds to the door. Otherwise, keep up. Keep moving. Hustle! Accept the fact that you will probably die, and bring lots of awakens.

[/ QUOTE ] ROFL. Indeed, "crazy-kitty mode" is dependent on the team being able to fend for themselves a little bit. She is not just a meat-shield, but an agro-magnet. A secondary brute and/or a few scrappers go a long way to making the ITF faster, especially with a kin on hand. Like I said above, her playstyle differs on other TFs, but it's her signature behavior for ITF. When it's requested of her, she is also very capable of "behaving" on an ITF. lol

Yeah, you've got her pegged. haha

AHH I missed this post, anyone plan on doing ITF again in the near future?

Joe Glow is just a bit above you without build up and he has Doctored Wounds in along with a couple of others. Saving up to get what I need to make it better.

Doctored Wounds is actually a very nice set...for heals that require recharge...I use it on my tanks & brute (Hoarfrost, Dull Pain, etc) and on my Emp (Regeneration Aura).

[/ QUOTE ] To hopefully help Flu with his build...

Nurse Smurfette (Emp/Rad):

Healing Aura is slotted with 4 Numina (enough to get the set bonus for 6% healing).
Heal/End, End/Rech, Heal/Rech, Heal, then 2 more standard healing IOs.. giving it a total 107% healing enhancement.
Heal Other is slotted the same way at 107% and an additional 6% healing bonus.
Heals... FTW!

I skipped out on Numina's Global +Regen/+Recovery to keep the healing numbers high (with the extra Heal IOs), and keep it cheap.
I get some extra regen and recovery below anyway...
(not to mention, the RA buffs make them not even needed most of the time)

Her Rad attacks are slotted with Touch of Lady Grey (Defense Debuff Set).
Not only does it make for great debuffs on the enemy, but it's bonuses include:
15% hp increase
2.5% recovery
8% regeneration
2% damage increase (not a great selling point, but included to be complete)
11% accuracy
(I have 4 powers with this set, so stack those 4 times.)
Debuffs and bonuses... FTW!

Acrobatics has triple KB IOs, for an overkill 12.5 KB protection.
She does not fall down... FTW!

The Recovery and Regeneration Auras both have 3 Recharge IOs, and then 3 of their respective IO (EndMod and Healing).
Adrenalin Boost, Power Build Up, Aim, Conserve Power, Resurrect, CM and Hasten are also slotted for Recharge.
Her Sniper power is slotted with Sting of the Manticore (which includes another 7.5% recharge bonus).
Healing and debuffing faster... FTW!

Obviously it could still use a lot tweaking, but it was relatively cheap (at the time) and works out great! MoSTF was a cake walk.. lol

YMMV.

Edit:Just talked to Flu in-game and it seems he already used some improved tactics on some of his other characters, but haven't implemented them on Flu yet. I was trying to provide him with a cheap setup that still works great, but I think he's even ready for the next level.. providing he has the money to do so. lol
