AE vs. SG badge

Hello folks,

I was wondering; since AE doesn't allow any badges earned other than the one provided by AE itself, does that also block SG badges? Particularly this:

[Autonomous Expert System Plans Badge]

(It's a damage point dealt badge.)

Yes, AE doesn't count for ANY badges outside of AE badges.

What about healing badges? If you heal someone inside an AE mission, does it still not count?
