But I'll go with it anyway.
Seriously, I see two choices.
1. Put the proc in a power like envenom, that you have to activate for a chance to work. Click, chance, recharge, do other stuff, click, chance.
2. Put the proc in Grave Knights, that will summon two creatures with three swinging attacks with only the first upgrade. Now you do your other stuff while they are effectively getting six times the chances for the proc to occur than you would.

I finally got my hands onto a Achilles Heel Chance for resistance debuff. It seems they have become much rarer recently, I remember having bucket loads of them, and them being a dime a dozen on the market. Luckily my Thugs/Storm had an extra.
Anyway...
On my Necro/Poison, I am curious on which would be the best place for this. The first choice would be Envenom, but I have the same IO on my Grave Knights on my Necro/Dark, and I have seen them place it on mobs quite reliably.
I was thinking that the GK would be the best place, as there are two of them, and the mainly use the sword attacks(with occasional dark blasts), but I could be quite wrong.
Any advice?
