Forced to hit by streakbreaker??

Ok maybe this has been around for a while but I have never noticed it before. I got this message while taking out CoT. forced to hit by streakerbreaker. It was an auto hit, no roll. Is that new that mobs are getting this or have just been missing it??

Not new.

If a mob misses many times in a row, the game throws you a curve ball to mix things up. You can read about it in Arcanaville's defense post, where-ever it may be these days.
