I have a MA/Nin sitting at 50 and gathering dust. He was an old duo toon with my wife, he was shelved after hitting 50. I'm running down my list of 50's trying to IO them all out. The question, is it possible to softcap Ninjitsu w/o gimping the build heavily?

ToD in the attacks, Red fortune in the toggles. If you want to get fancy, throw a coercive persuasion set in Blinding Powder. Add the Steadfast Unique in Sha's sixth slot. Gaussian set in Build Up. Combat Jumping, etc.

As Reiraku said, but I used Mako's in AS for better enhanced numbers. Otherwise, I did exactly as above.

Well, here's one that's soft capped to all positions. Keep in mind Hide offers 2.17 def here even when suppressed.

That said, I would not waste this kind of money on a MA/NIN. Mine is shelved at 50 and has no IO's. Having no AOE really got to me.
