Toggles dropping?

Anyone else have the following problem?

Whenever I enter a mish, my toggles drop. (Inv/SS tank.) Not just my primary toggles, but also Pool toggles, such as Fly, Sprint and Assault.

I'm doing Flashback mishes, so maybe that's the problem? (I was doing Flashback mishes last night - ie, pre-I15 - and didn't notice a problem.)

I noticed my Auto attack would stop being on auto every once and a while.

This has been going on randomly for some time now. Nothing new.

File a /bug report every time it happens. Every Time.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
