Dispari was just commenting on the behaviour of the people angry about losing their farms.
They already tried doing that when the devs killed the Rikti farm. I haven't seen a decrease in the people using the MA. In fact just the opposite has happened and we still see people posting about how Atlas broadcast is filled with AE teams.
