Who gave the Cimerorans coffee?

That's what I thought it was, too... you open the gates of Cimerora for the final mission, and there's Imperious doing the /coffee emote...

"Hmmmm... have you tried this new Colombian Roast? Montague gave it to me. It's not half-bad. At any rate, I've got enough caffeine in me to counteract a cobra bite for the next five days if I were bitten, so let's get this show on the road."

It would explain why he runs around like a cheetah with ADD.
