Booster/Expansion Packs. How did I get them?

Simple answer is that its a bug.

Hmmm. I see. Any chance I'd get that Bug badge for reporting this...or would I just be an idiot for telling when I got all this stuff for free?

I highly doubt you would get bug hunter since it is already a known bug.

Didn't know if I should tell Support about this, so I'll ask it here.
Alright, about 1-2 months ago, I logged out one of my characters in Pocket D and didn't log on him for awhile. Feeling the need to use him again, I log on and I gain a few badges. Thinking it was the usual Veteran Rewards or the Day Job badge, I'm shocked to see it's the Pocket D VIP badge. Other things I noticed were that the powers from the expansions were in my list and when I went to the Tailor, the costumes from the sets including the Technology/Magic Booster Packs were there.
I didn't purchase any of the packs nor anyone had possession of my credit cards, I don't have any friends that would buy me them, and it seems the use of the costumes and VIP card is only exclusive to that character. How else would I have gotten this stuff? Is it a bug? Does it happen at random?
(Oh, and I think I should mention that the powers and emotes that come from the sets don't work. I just have access to the VIP Room of Pocket D and the costumes)
