This happened to me on the Training Room during the Beta Test. I /bug'd it in game, but I guess it wasn't fixed...
It happened to me about 4 or 5 times, before I made it stick by quickly logging out right after exiting the respec screen and getting back into the game screen.

It is finally working right. I waited for a while then tried again, and all 3 respecs worked like they should. Such a pain to gut a perma dom. :P

On Saturday, I tried a freespec twice--- got done and got the message "Respec Failed." Nothing had happened. Tried again, same result.
Petitioned, it got kicked upstairs, still waiting on a reply.

Hello,
It's an infrequent message that can happen for any number of reasons, but "Respec Failed" isn't as bad as it sounds. You should still have a respec token, and should be able to use it after your character moves to a new zone, or if you log off and log back in.

Has anyone else had an issue the loosing connection after completeing a respec, then when logging back in the respec was reverted?
I have tried to respec a toon 4 times, and get the same result each time. One time standing in AE and using a freespec, twice in my base alos using a freespec, then one time in nerva using an earned respec. Odd thing with final try was i DCed on my way to the base portal and when i logged back in i was standing at the ferry.
