Epic AT award good for all servers?

Was making a villain on another server (filled up all my slots on Virtue), and I noticed the VEAT options were grayed out. I got my first villain to 50 back in October, and I've had no trouble making VEATs on Virtue. But now I'm on another server (Pinnacle if that makes any difference in troubleshooting) and I can't make one.

It's good for all servers, yes.

Kind of odd that they're still grayed out, though, no?

I checked the hero epics AT's and they're available (got my first hero to 50 a year ago in May), but not the Villain epics...

Note, however, that you only unlock them per side. IOW, you have a 50 villain, you can make VEATs, but not Khelds (and vice versa.)

Otherwise, yes, every server. If they're not unlocked, log on to your 50 again, then off and try again.

I've actually got 50's of both sides: 2 villains and 1 hero. I'll try logging in with my villain and see if that works.
