I always set my middle button to Follow in the Menu > Options > Keybinds section. There you just have to click on the keybind you want it to be and then click your middle button.
I also always set my side mouse buttons to strafe left and right in that same menu. I can't see how anyone can play without the side buttons anymore.
I need both thumb buttons on the left side of my mouse. I use them mainly for TP binds. The front one for TP, the back one for TP Foe or Recall Friend.
On my Kin characters, the front one is for Fulcrum Shift (bring UP my attack), and the back one is for Transference (bring BACK my End)

I have a 5 button mouse. I usually have the left and right button on default. Button3 ( my scroll wheel ) does not seem to bind. Button4 and Button5 I usually keybind as soon as I can.
My questions:
1) Any ideas on why my scroll wheel will not bind? I am work and cannot remember which game-centered mouse I am using, but it is one that is marketed as a game mouse.
2) If I buy a mouse with more buttons, does CoH allow keybinds to more than 5 buttons? I assume if it does those would be called Button6, Button7, etc. Is that true?
3) If CoH allows more than 5 mouse keybinds, what mouse would you suggest I check out?
