That is the short version. There are some things that Hamis can do (range enhancement comes to mind) that IOs cannot do, or do really badly, but mostly... HO's are stronger for the specific power,but IO's help with a variety of things.

What are the benefits of one set of enhancements over the other? I currently have my toons stocked with IO sets and loving the bonuses, but I'm wondering if the Hami-Os would make a difference instead? What are the benefits of Hami-os over IO enhancements?
