15 minutes on a loading screen...

...and still loading. The bar is moving every now and then.

I imagine the team I was on has probably kicked me by now, but how long will it take to find out? I'm morbidly curious. Normally I load fast. This has been an odd morning on Virtue.

Almost a half hour now. The bar almost doubled in size which makes it about 1/6 full I'd guess. Will the character be lost in limbo if I kill the process?

I had this happen to me twice yesterday, but I killed the process much sooner than 15 minutes. Maybe about 7 minutes or so. Luckily, my character was not "lost in limbo."

I finally decided patience wasn't a virtue and killed the process. Had to do it twice to get it to take. Still, the whole thing seems abnormal to me.

I have had that happen 2 or 3 times over the years, 2 of them were on TF's and 1 not.

I'll bet its related to the emergency maintenance yesterday.

'The North American live servers will be taken down momentarily to deploy a hotfix that will address some map crashing issues.'

I suspected the emergency maintenance, as well. Both times it happened to me yesterday was entering an MA mission with a full team, and most if not all of the team crashed out both times.
