Graphic Problem
Post a CoHHelper report and a HijackThis log.
"I used to make diddly squat, but I've been with the company for 16 years and have had plenty of great raises. Now I just make squat" -- Me
Pediatric brain tumors are the #1 cause of cancer related deaths in children.
Post the info suggested, but as a first look those sorts of problems are usually caused by weirdness with resolution. It looks like your monitor has a native resolution of 1440 x 900 (16:10); make sure your Vista desktop is set to this properly, and that the game is *also* set to this. You may want to make sure that Vista is properly recognizing your monitor while you're at it, which sometimes involves downloading an optional driver.
It looks like your monitor has both VGA (analog) and DVI (digital) inputs; make sure only one is connected, preferably the DVI. You may also want to explicitly set the input, rather than leaving it on auto-detect, if that's an option.

Just some general suggestions.
1) Turn on Windows Update, get SP 1
2) Update your video drivers, NOT the newest one, some people are having proplems with it. Try the 182.50
3) See if you can free up some HD space, having say 25% free space on your Windows Installation Drive might help with overall performance.
4) What monitor are you using? I see you're running only 800x600 and using the generic driver for the monitor. Using the specific driver for you monitor may improve your displays appearance.
I'll leave the HijackThis log for later.

Holy crapoli that's a lot of stuff running! O.o
This line seems really odd. I have no idea what it means:
O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\windows\system32\pnrpnsp.dll' missing
It looks like your Vista needs updating and your drivers are a bit old. You might try updating those things, but you have a whole lot of stuff running that probably isn't necessary.

NVidia 177.79 has been infamous for issues similar to yours. Usually it's much worse, but a simple driver update should fix it right up easy.
Update to 185.85, NOT the new 186 driver, because those are apparently having similar/worse issues also. lol
Updated my driver like Mateo_06 and others said and it is now fixed.
I've had this problem for a while and someone told me to update my drive before but it didn't work; but anyway thanks a lot.
Ever since I started playing with my new computer there's been a black spot on the side of the screen of the game every time I start the game.
Here is a picture:
http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y28...horn/Black.jpg
*Notice the to the bottom and the right side of the screen*
Also, I have to click significantly under something for it to actually click it. If I click the spot where the item is suppose to be it doesn't work.
The higher the resolution the more impossible to play. The only way I can play the game is to put it on 800X600.
Here are my Hardwares:
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9450 @ 2.66GHz 2.67GHz
2046MB RAM
32-bit Vista Ultimate operating system
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX/9800 GTX+
My monitor is : SyncMaster 931 BW
I tried it on my laptop and it works fine. I put this computer together by myself and everything works fine but CoH.
