Try this build, I have reduced it to just IO's and removed all sets, but this will happily get you to 50. It is great solo and excellent on teams.

Nah, I jest, either build looks solid to me, but as far as Peacemoon's goes, I love Snow Storm too much to not have it.
It's a pretty tight build, I wouldn't reccomend switching anything but the travel powers or the EPP, although psychic EPP is thematically too tempting for me, despite its drawbacks.
If you want Snow storm, you could swap out O2 boost for it, which has a questionable use depending on who you team with and how often. I haven't really got any experience with it, but it seems more like an AV power.
That is true, Snow Storm is good for toggling on AVs and letting it sit on them. But for some reason...I always get it when it's available and I just love it. I can't explain my love for snow storm, as it isn't *that* great of a power.
looked like you were going for ranged def, so i threw in some idea's
btw, that Zephyr KB protection IO is going to cost ya if you havn't picked it up already.. you can buy Karma KB recipes for cheap if need be..

Does any1 have a Mind/Storm build for ordinary pve?
This is mine atm and I think some of you could make it a lot better
Remember that it is just for ordinary pve and i tried to keep it moderately cheap
