What's the difference between the Achille's Heel -Res proc and the new pvp -res proc? I heard the new pvp -res proc has a better chance to land.

can dis run the fu - focus - slash attack chain? i think there is a little gap but im not sure on the size. what could i do to make it a so small gap that it is barely noticable? or even so it has a tiny amount of more recharge than even needed? thanks

i have got two scrappers at 50, two brutes at 50, a night widow at 50, a corr at 50, a controller at 50, a blaster at 41, a ws at 49, a pb at lvl 38, two tankers at 50 and i need help!

i have no idea what toon to create next
i want something that is good for ST damage
can attain good resistances or defence or both
high DPA
debuffs would be cool preferably -res n -regen

so what toon can i roll next? anything got anything good in mind? and no for mm's (hate them). preferably blue side, also.

anybody got any fire/rad av soloing builds? i am requesting for a fire/rad build that has perma hasten for good dps. the inf doesnt matter.

Does any1 have a Mind/Storm build for ordinary pve?
This is mine atm and I think some of you could make it a lot better
Remember that it is just for ordinary pve and i tried to keep it moderately cheap
