Data is corrupt

I haven't been online for a day or so then when I attempted to bring up the game I recieved the following error message: your data might be corrupt please run the patcher and try again then I can't get on the game. So then I uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall then I get a runtime error. I have never had problems like this before so any help given will be appreciated. thanks.

try and reinstall the game on another account on your computer, make sure the other account has admin access, also make sure your firewall programs allow the cohupdater and the actual game to communicate via unrestricted ports, im not sure which ports the game uses as i've never had the issue, but port 80 is common for MMO's and itunes.

tru doing a disc clean up, defrag and virus scan. these are the first things to try before doing anything else. also post your hijackthis report and cohhelper report here so we can look at it.
