A few hours, generally. They're usually back up by about 11am Eastern, if not earlier.
They look to be coming back up now, actually... I'm seeing their status as "Unknown," which is usually a sign they're being re-started.
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.
Sweet thanks for the info. So far I like what I see, its a bit different than most MMos I try. I am on the Freedom server and will be looking for a guild lol.
