Is the Valkyrie shoulder cape no longer available?

I know at start anyone could have it as a shoulder option even without the 21 month vetreward. I got my 21 month last night and was going to use a shoulder version of this cape and its not there. Intentional? Bug? If intentional, why was it completely removed?

Friends don't let friends buy an ncsoft controlled project.

No, it's not there. I reported it in the i14 beta. Nobody noticed or cared. Nobody's sure if it's a bug or intentional.

I believe that is pretty much par for the entirety of the I14 beta testing.

Nope, not fixed. No single should Valkyrie capes.

Though, the other Valkyrie capes have reappeared for the female model, all the other missing and inconsistent caping options listed in my bug report are still there.
