This could indicate a problem. I would download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here, and rescan your system with that. Be sure to completely disable AVG while scanning with Malwarebytes'.

Yes, that's the whole file. I deleted the end of file bit when posting to make it look neater.
I downloaded and scanned with MWB (been meaning to pick it up for a few weeks now anyways) and it couldn't find anything wrong, either. Guess I'm just being paranoid.
