If you haven't done the Midnighter introduction from Montague in Steel Canyon his missions have lots of Rikti.

Yes, directly in front and to the north of the entrance, you should find lots of level 31 or so Rikti Monkeys, mostly on top of the buildings.

Except for the Boss and any Rikti summoned by Comm Officers, none of the Rikti in the Midnighter missions count as RIkti. This has something to do with them spawning as Lost for lower level heroes.
Ok, i am gonig to get to the point. i need to find the rikti. the ones in creys folly are to high for me to kill. i am doing the aura mission and i need to know if their are any lower level rikti?
