I think it was prompted by claims from Intel that the P4 would throttle the CPU and there would be no permanent damage. This turned out to be true. They also tested an AMD CPU. . . and it set the motherboard on fire.

So folks would be heading to bed. Heck, for the two other Australian time zones, it's even later at night by that point. So not that useful. However, 12 midnight-3am PST is about 3pm-6pm in Western Australia, and that timeslot does hit primetime (ie. 5pm onwards) in the other two Australian timezones. So that should be fine. All that said, Justice is a reasonably high-pop server anyway, so I doubt you'll have great difficulties. |
PinnBadges is one of the global channels, it started as a badge hunting channel, and gradually evolved into Pinnacle's main social channel. Cozmic's Playground is fairly well populated too, but there seems to be more idiots on that one. As far as I know, both are public channels, so you can just join. PinnBadges is silenced on join, just ask an op to unsilence you, they're usually on in the evening-to-late-night hours. You can chat on a channel even while on another server, so you can ask them while you're playing on Justice if you want.
Just had to plug my home server there. If Pinnacle were ever to be removed as a play option, I would probably quit playing, I like the community there that much.
