short answer is: no.
long answer is file a petition, wait a week, then get an email stating they tried to contact you but you werent online at the time so they couldn't help and if your still having issues to resubmit your petition.
solution: use the auto mission completer at your contact, and skip it. welcome to city of bugs.
Well, it's a bug that's been there as long as there has been City of Villains, so hopefully someday they'll find the time to fix it.
Workarounds:
Move away from the doorway (outside of the building lobby) and type /stuck (works most of the time for me)
Choose another mission and/or zone or relog.

Ah. Never thought to try that before. Lately when that bug happens, I use my mission teleporter to get to the door.
And after looking at the above link, I'm rather surprised that after all this time, no one has added the inability to get MM pets' speech bubbles to work.
I am trying to do the mish from Seer Marina "Uncover Paolo's True Fate" Where is the mission enterance? I go to where the arrow is pointing, and nothing is there. I encountered this bug before, will it be fixed soon?
