in combat my cursor is very hard to see/find. This is really annoying. My team often complains of this as well, please give us the option to have different more visible cursors.
Ignoring anyone is a mistake. You might miss something viral to your cause.

I haven't seen that problem before, but you might be able to work around it by using Cmd-Return to switch to windowed mode and then back.
Check if you have any 3rd party mouse software installed that might be messing with your cursor.
