Please fix Suppress Extra Player FX.

I would agree, and I would like to add that it should be fixed to actually stay set rather than be disabled with the next login.

I agree with what you're saying but aside from that, you really don't need an amazing computer to play coh on medium to high settings. Just bite the bullet like I did and upgrade that 10 year old technology you have sitting in your basement hehe.
Nvidia is rushing so many new graphics cards that the card that was the best card a couple of months ago is now under 250 - 300$. DDR3 ram is also getting dirt cheap along with dual cores as you really still don't need to even think of buying a quadcore for any of todays games.

Unfortunately, my computer already has a video card.
And even then, it's a PCI slot.
And even then, I'm afraid with the recession hitting me as hard as it is, $300 for entertainment is not something I'll be shilling out anytime soon.
Unless you'd like to provide funds, that is! 
PCI or pciexpress? lol I wouldnt be surprised to meet someone using a pci video card in coh. I run into alot of people that take minutes to even load a mission.

I would recommend upgrading your whole computer. For $300 you can a low end system that is more than likely way better than what you probably have now.
Over 5 years ago when I started playing this game I was using a custom built Pentium III 700 with an AGP graphics card and 768mb of RAM and I had no issues.

Suppress Extra Player FX, in ye olde days, meant that whenever someone who wasn't on your team was using a power, you wouldn't see it. You could see their arms and bodies move in the animation, but there'd be no FX at all. No ice, no fire, no energy, no storms, nothing.
Now, however, and as it has been for the past couple of issues...it's done exactly nothing.
Not all of us have amazing computers.
Not all of us can, nor want, to see the awesome powers that other people have.
Plus, there's the always-annoying power-spamming.
It USED to work. Please, please, please make it work again.
Plus, this wouldn't only help just people with poor computers, it'd help people on raids! Hami raids, Mothership raids, Zombie raids, Rikti raids!
