If you are doing Dev Choice missions, you don't get tickets, you get salvage, recipe and enhancement drops just like normal missions.

Yep. When Issue 15 goes live, however, you'll be able to choose between tickets and "normal" rewards.
I'm playing a level 12 character, and wanted to attempt to be able to afford IO enhancements for him. I figured the best way was to disable my xp earning until I had enough cash to pay for recipes and salvage.
It wasn't quite going fast enough, so I decided to try the MA missions in Cape Au Diable. I figured, earn enough tickets, buy some of the rare salvage from the ticket vendor and sell it.
Except, I did 2 missions, and no tickets-even for completing the mission. Figuring it had to do with me not earning xp, I switched it back on, and ran another mission. Still no tickets.
Is there something going on that I don't know about? Or am I just extremely unlucky?
