Tickets

Not sure if this is the best area to post this question or not but... Why is it that some ae missions give tickets and some don't and is there a way to know if the mission you have chosen will net you tickets?

Note that with Issue 15, you can choose to receive tickets from Dev Choice missions instead of regular drops.
